Jen brings 15+ years of recruiting experience with expertise in digital, marketing, content, editorial, communications, corporate, and non-technical functions. She started her career at a recruiting agency before moving in-house. She worked for Fortune 500 companies like Paramount, CBS Interactive, NBC, and News Corp. Her experience includes driving recruitment strategies and scaling talent across many functions including the launch of products, television shows, and verticals.

Amanda brings two decades of technical recruiting expertise in software engineering, data, product and design functions. She has in-house and agency experience with the majority of her career working for Fortune 500 media companies such as Paramount, CBS Interactive, NBC, DirecTV and Hearst. Her background includes both strategic and tactical recruitment efforts, scaling full engineering functions, digital transformations and product launches.
